We totally and highly recommend route from Ikawa-Ikeda via Oboke area.

Except above route, you have to go through steep montain road and pass,

and sometimes cell phone is out of range.

Moreover there are fallen trees and land slide in the rainy season, and total road closure due to snow and freezing in the winter season(from Dec to end of Mar).

Please check your route in advance, as the navigation system may take you on difficult route.

Consecutive night discounts apply to your accommodation charges when staying two or more nights in the same building.

If you shorten your consecutive-night stay to one night due to personal circumstances, we will charge a cancellation fee (shortening fee) equivalent to 50% of the second night's rate. Cancellations of the reservation itself, cancellations of the third night or later, or shortening to one night within 10 days of arrival will all be subject to our cancellation policy.

　2nd night = 10% discount → JPY 45,000
　3rd night = 20% discount → JPY 40,000

1st night Accommodation fee: JPY 50,000
2nd night Shortening fee: JPY 45,000 × 50% = JPY 22,500
3rd night Cancellation fee: JPY 0

There is no breakfast option and guests are requested to bring their own food.

Irori can be used as a heater with charcoal. Cannot be used for cooking.

You can buy charcoal 500JPY/700g or bring your own.

We don't provide coffee.

Drip bag maybe available at the time of check-in only during peak season.

The road is narrow in places and you will have to yield the right of way to oncoming traffic in places.

If you are not accustomed to driving on mountain roads, it may be difficult to maneuver a car larger than a one-box car.

It is possible if you notify us in advance.

Please be sure to bring a fire sheet as well.

Handheld fireworks are allowed. Sound emitting fireworks and fireworks that can be launched are not allowed.

Please be considerate of noise, etc., as there are also residents of the village living nearby.

By train, the nearest station is Oboke Station, from which you can take a local bus or cab.

The bus service is not suitable for suitcases, as there is a limited number of buses per day, no buses leave at the time of check-in/out, and the distance from the bus stop to Chiiori is long, and the road is inclined. For these reasons, we do not recommend taking the local buses.
